2.2. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
2.3. These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform.
2.4. pelbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
3.1. To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must:

4.3. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.4. pelbet may require enhanced due diligence (EDD) verification at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. This is required for compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
5.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2. You agree to immediately notify pelbet support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
5.3. pelbet will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from pelbet requesting your password should be reported immediately.
5.4. pelbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party.
5.5. pelbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. The 2FA feature sends a one-time PIN to your registered Philippine mobile number each time a login is detected from an unrecognized device.
6.1. All deposits to the pelbet Wallet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
6.2. pelbet accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT (cryptocurrency), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.
6.3. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to sixty (60) minutes during banking hours. pelbet is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
6.4. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits found to have originated from a third-party payment source may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account, with associated winnings forfeited.
6.5. pelbet does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are your responsibility.
7.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment account registered in the Member's own name.
7.2. Before processing a withdrawal, pelbet may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided.
7.3. Standard withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawals of significant amounts may be subject to manual review and may take up to three (3) business days.
7.4. pelbet reserves the right to request additional documentation, including but not limited to source-of-funds verification, before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML reporting thresholds under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
7.5. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only Real Money winnings derived from wagering that has met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to maximum withdrawal limits specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.1. pelbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game eligibility, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published alongside the applicable promotion.
8.2. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit. A Member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
8.3. pelbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially prejudice Members who have already opted in and commenced wagering activity under the promotion.
8.4. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of the promotion.
8.5. pelbet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from a Member's Account where it is determined that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.
9.1. All games available on the pelbet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by licensed studio facilities. Game outcomes are determined by these mechanisms and are not influenced by pelbet, the game provider, or any third party.
9.2. Game results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. pelbet will not reverse a confirmed result except where a documented technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game round.
9.3. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pelbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. Winnings generated during a malfunctioning session may be withheld pending investigation.
9.4. Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void a bet. If a disconnection occurs while a game round is in progress, the outcome determined by the game server at the time of resolution shall stand.
9.5. Sports betting markets are subject to additional specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Settlement rules, void conditions, and handicap interpretations are governed by those sport-specific rules.
10.1. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

12.1. pelbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2. Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pelbet reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is substantiated, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
12.3. A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting pelbet support. Any real money balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
13.1. All content on the pelbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and visual design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pelbet or its licensed third-party providers.
13.2. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
13.3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
14.1. The pelbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pelbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pelbet's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3. pelbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
14.4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit pelbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the pelbet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any complaint procedures available through PAGCOR.
15.3. pelbet's gaming operations are subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Members with unresolved complaints may escalate to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established complaints and dispute resolution procedures.
16.1. pelbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
16.2. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pelbet.one/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
16.3. If a Member does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
